30-Day Warranty Policy

Thank you for purchasing a handmade crocheted item from Little Miss Crochet! We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade products. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 30-Day Warranty from the date of delivery.

What This Warranty Covers:

This warranty covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal use during the 30-day period. If your product is found to be defective, we will offer the following, at our discretion:

• Free repair of the item

• Replacement of the item (if the original cannot be repaired)

• Store credit for the original purchase price

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect (e.g., excessive stretching, tearing, or improper washing)

• Normal wear and tear

• Color fading due to sun exposure or repeated washing

• Custom modifications not made by Little Miss Crochet

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

• Contact us at elizaofadelaide@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your product.

• Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect.

• We’ll assess the claim and respond within 3–5 business days with next steps.

Additional Notes:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

• All returns must be pre-approved before being shipped.

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

When product is pulled out as a fidget it is approximately 12.9cm tall and when put into place it is 8.6cm tall, the bottom of the mushroom is 5.4cm wide and the top part is 12.5cm wide.
